Welcome to Northwest Gastroenterology and Northwest Endoscopy. Our goal is to provide excellence in digestive care while making your experience as pleasant as possible. You may have been referred here by your primary care provider. Or you may just be looking around to get to know us better. All new patients to either Northwest Gastroenterology or Northwest Endoscopy must complete the Patient Demographics and Patient Medical Information forms, which gives us your medical history, including current allergies and medications.

We have free WiFi available at both facilities for your convenience. You can ask for the password at the check-in desks.
