Salish Sedation Services, PLLC (S3) is a local, privately held anesthesia practice that has proudly served the Whatcom County region since 2020.

Our team of board-certified anesthesiologists and certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs) provide a broad range of anesthesia services in outpatient ambulatory surgical center in the greater Bellingham, WA area. We are actively recruiting additional staff members to meet the growing need for anesthesia providers in our community.

S3 continues to recruit high-quality anesthesia providers to meet the growing demand for anesthesia services in outpatient facilities (ambulatory surgical centers and endoscopy centers) in the greater Whatcom County area.

There are several factors that distinguish Salish Sedation Services from our competitors, namely:

1. We're a privately held, physician-owned anesthesia practice headquartered in Bellingham, WA.  Our shareholders are physicians, not a private equity backed investor group.
2. We hire only the very best anesthesiologists and certified registered nurse anesthetists.  Each provider has significant outpatient experience matching the case mix of your facility.
3. We partner with our contracted facilities to increase throughput, efficiency and profitability.  We are great problem solvers and can demonstrate the value we have brought to our other partners by analyzing operating room efficiency.
4. We contract with every insurance carrier accepted at the facilities at which we're contracted. That means our patients are only charged in-network rates by their carrier and we never balance-bill.

For your convenience, Salish Sedation Services participates with most major health plans accepted at our practice locations. The list below is provided as a courtesy and is subject to change at any time. If your insurance carrier is not listed, you may still be covered through a partner carrier.  It is important that you review your coverage and obligations with your insurance company in advance of your procedure.  Questions concerning coverage should be directed to your insurance carrier.

Account Statements

We offer several convenient ways by which you can pay your invoice:

1. By credit card online via our secure portal, at www.paynow.anesthesiallc.com.  You will need your account number and date of birth to access your electronic bill.
2. By credit card by calling 1-800-222-1442 from 8AM to 7PM ET weekdays, excluding holidays.
3. By personal check or money order via U.S. mail.
   Please make the check payable to "Salish Sedation Services," include your invoice number in the memo field of your check and mail to:

Payment is due, in full, immediately upon receipt of our invoice.  Our ability to continue providing medical services diminishes if we are unable to collect, in full, for our services in a timely basis.

In the unlikely event that your insurance company mailed you a check for anesthesia services performed by Salish Sedation Services, you may either endorse the check and mail it to us or deposit the check and make a payment directly to us.
